Reconnect, Renew, Refine

300 Hour Hybrid In-person & Online

Save $500! with the “continuing on discount” if you enroll from 200 hour into the 300 hour program.

A yoga teacher needs to have compassion, competency, and critical thinking skills. TSY’s 300-hour training will give you a deeper appreciation and understanding yoga and help you refine your goals.

Whether you are looking to expand your teaching skills or simply deepen your studies, you have a unique and important voice. It is our belief that, whether you want to teach or not, you will find a way to apply this learning in your life because meaningful discourse and change comes in many shapes and sizes.

Independent study, personal responsibility, and leadership is emphasized in this training, but you also need support and encouragement. We will help foster your personal growth and guide you to become an impactful and effective leader.

Teachers who have done our advanced training have started their own businesses, revitalized established studios, opened new spaces, written their own training programs, entered into academia, medicine, and more.

Jen, TSY’s founder and director, is your mentor. She applies her 25+ years of independent teaching, small business entrepreneurship and consulting experience to help you achieve your goals.

300 hour students study asana, Ayurvedic practices, anatomy, Sanskrit, mantras, mudras, chakras, history, concerns regarding cultural appropriation, diversity, equity and inclusion in yoga, and more. The training is a combination of classroom hours, group work, independent research, and should you choose to, teaching opportunities.

This is a leadership focused training and it is a large time commitment, however we are flexible with scheduling and make-up hours. We believe your training should support you, not deplete you. If you need to miss class, you can make it up in a future training.

We learn how to care for one another by practicing caring for one another so let’s get started!
